This hand-pulled lithograph is part of a series of three lithographs in the Upper Missouri River Suite. Big Bend on the Missouri and Solitude on the Missouri are the other two images in the suite. Monte was inspired to paint this series through the memory of fishing trips on the Missouri river with his father as a young boy.
