Sueno de Frida by Monte Dolack was printed in 1987 by master printer Juan Alcazar and his assistants at the Taller Libre in Oaxaca Mexico.  The printing plate was etched and the image created by Monte Dolack in Oaxaca.

Sueno de Frieda is a mezzotint etching on zinc plate-each print is totally hand inked, wiped and printed in one pass.  Inks used were sepia, ultra blue, light tan, silver, light red, burgundy red, dark green and black. Sueno de Frida is printed on Arches Cover paper-the paper is signed in pencil A/P Frida's Dream Monte Dolack 1987

The original edition consisted of 30 signed and numbered prints, six printers proofs , six artist proofs and three trial proofs.  This particular print is from the artist's private collection. The image size is 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" and the paper size is 10.5" x 13"

Sueno de Frida is framed by the artist in his workshop-elegantly presented in a wooden frame embellished with gold leaf. The framed size of the print is 16.5" x 14"
